These Terms of Service and contracts for purchases made through dryuu.uk are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Your consumer rights remain protected. This choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of habitual residence, including applicable UK consumer law, or any right to bring a claim in your home courts where the law provides that right.

Welcome to Dr.YUU UK. These terms explain the rules for browsing, placing orders and using our website. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms excludes your mandatory statutory rights.

1. Company information

This website is operated by HUANQU TECH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean this company. Purchases through dryuu.uk are made from this company.

The address above is our registered address and principal place of business. It is not a designated product return address. Contact customer support for return instructions before sending goods.

2. Adults only

This website is for persons aged 18 or older who also meet any higher minimum age required to view or buy adult products in their country or region. You must provide accurate information and ensure your purchase is lawful. All depicted characters are fictional adults aged 18 or older.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Order information must be complete and accurate. Subject to applicable law, we may refuse, cancel or limit an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud, genuine pricing errors, delivery restrictions or compliance requirements.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we refund the cancelled items and any related charges that must be refunded under applicable law.

Prices, checkout payments and refunds are in GBP. Shipping fees, applicable taxes and discounts are displayed during checkout. Review the total and available payment methods before confirming your order. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rates or charges.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our website.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from China, with estimated UK delivery of 6–15 days. Delivery estimates may be affected by stock status, customs checks, holidays, weather or logistics conditions. Such circumstances do not remove your statutory rights regarding delivery, cancellation or refunds.

Packaging is designed to be discreet. Information required by law, customs or carriers is declared accurately. See our Shipping policy for details.

5. Returns and hygiene products

For eligible online purchases, UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify us of cancellation, then a further 14 days to send the goods back, subject to statutory exceptions. See our Refund policy for the process, costs and refund timing.

Hygiene exception: Where the statutory exception applies, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right once the hygiene seal has been broken after delivery. Opening the outer delivery carton alone does not break the product hygiene seal.

This does not limit your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract. Contacting support for return instructions does not make a statutory cancellation right dependent on prior approval.

6. Product use

Follow the instructions and safety information supplied for each product, including cleaning, compatible lubricants, charging, waterproofing and storage. Stop using damaged products or products that cause discomfort. Products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, images, graphics, logos and product materials belong to HUANQU TECH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without permission, except where the law permits.

8. Prohibited use

Do not misuse the website, provide false information, interfere with security or functionality, introduce harmful code, or infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

9. Third-party services and privacy

We may use providers for payments, delivery, website hosting, analytics and marketing. Their own terms may apply to their services. Using providers does not remove obligations we owe you under applicable law. Read our Privacy policy for information about personal data.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for losses not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made and for business losses arising from products bought for personal use.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Governing law and consumer rights

These terms and contracts for purchases through dryuu.uk are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of protections afforded by mandatory provisions of the law that would apply without this choice, including the law of their country of habitual residence where applicable. For UK consumers, this includes applicable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Nothing in these terms restricts any right you have under applicable law to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence. You are not required to give up mandatory UK consumer protections.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The latest version and update date are published here. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order.
