Delivery coverage

This store serves customers in the United Kingdom. Delivery availability for your address is shown at checkout. If your address is not available, contact us before ordering.

Dispatch and estimated delivery

Orders ship from China. Estimated delivery to the UK is 6–15 days. Processing and delivery may vary by product, stock status, destination, holidays, customs checks and logistics conditions. This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Any specific delivery arrangement agreed for your order will be provided in your order information.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch where available. If your order is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number. A carrier investigation does not replace our responsibility to deliver or your statutory remedies.

Discreet packaging

Orders use discreet outer packaging without unnecessary product details. Information required by law, customs authorities or carriers is declared accurately.

Payment and currency

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on this website. Checkout and refunds are in GBP; your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rates or charges. If payment fails, check your billing information or try another available method.
